For this painting I made the brush strokes and the shape of the body thick and extra defined to express the boldness of indulgent femininity. The Papaya and Spoon represent the Yoni and a willingness to embrace it - To dive into our sacred anatomy, to get messy and savor the sweet juiciness of our goddess-like bodies.
Lounging confidently in comfort and solidarity is a bold and sexy move for ALL bodies.
I hope a sense of empowerment comes through since that’s what inspired me to create this piece and is exactly what I felt myself while painting her.
